E-Report Access, Storage and Mailing Interface:
E-Report Access, Storage and Mailing Interface application is now available for solo practice doctors, health care providers and Radiologist in particular. This high-end application used by large hospitals until recently, can now be offered for customized use to physicians on a nominal subscription charge.
This application will allow Physicians and Radiologist to monitor the complete transcription process, beginning with dictations that are uploaded on a transcription vendor's website, and tracking the relevant transcripts, the application is a live interface between the physician and the transcription company.
The physician aided by the application can monitor the workflow of pending assignments of transcriptions sent to different vendors located in remote locations, this application can provide the physician with access to the completed transcripts of the dictations, which can be edited and digitally signed, the patients medical records can be stored in the system and retrieved when required.
After the medical records are digitally signed by the physician, the read only reports can then be faxed or printed by the staff of the clinic, the entire delivery processes after the dictations that have been transcribed can be set to manual or automatic feature.
